Blogging anew at whoiamandwhatido.tumblr.com, but I’ll definitely try to keep updated with this blog here as well.

1. Clear your mind of the things that do not matter.
2. Keep away from those whose intentions are not for the best - for themselves, for others, for all.
3. Pray with the intention of bettering yourself for the sake of Allah. Fast with the humility of a believer.
4. Keep those around the world in your mind. Pray for those in East Africa without enough to eat, without anything to sustain their strength.
5. Purity of heart and mind. :)
6. Be friendly to all, rude to none. Stick by the golden rule.
7. Eat dates. Lots of dates.
8. Make a ton of dhikr.
9. Pray all your prayers as timely as possible. Try not to miss a prayer!
10. Enjoy it. It only comes once a year, and Allah knows if you’ll see the next one. :)
